Is the internet really unlimited?
Yes. You're buying time, not a data bundle — browse as much as you want while your plan is active. Fair-use and network management rules apply.
Do I need to install anything at home?
Not for the hotspot plans. You connect whenever you're inside a hotspot's coverage area — nothing to install, no router to buy. If you'd rather not share the hotspot at all, the dedicated plan puts a router at your place; that one carries a one-time installation charge.
How many devices can I connect?
Between two and five, and you choose when you buy — the same validity period costs a little more per extra device. Your phone and your laptop on one plan, for example. Each extra device costs less than the last, so five devices for thirty days is the cheapest any one device gets per day — that's the “device-day” rate shown under every price. Above five, the dedicated plan removes the cap entirely.
Can I use my plan anywhere?
Your plan works on the SabiWiFi coverage available to you. It isn't a nationwide mobile data plan.
Does requesting a location guarantee you'll build there?
No. Demand is the starting point — we also look at power, security, feasibility and cost. We'll text you either way once your area has been reviewed.
